What is the per km rate for a tempo traveller in Pune?
Indicative rates start at βΉ22 per km for a 9, 12 or 13 seater, βΉ28 per km for a 17 seater and βΉ32 per km for a 20 seater, plus a driver allowance of βΉ400ββΉ500 per day. Toll, parking, state permits and GST are charged extra at actuals. A minimum of 250 km per day applies to outstation trips.
How many people can travel in a 12 seater tempo traveller?
A 12 seater comfortably carries 12 passengers plus the driver, with a dedicated rear boot for luggage. For groups of 9β10 people who want extra legroom, it is the most economical choice. For 13β16 travellers, go for the 17 seater.
Do you provide tempo travellers for airport pickup in Pune?
Yes. We provide 24Γ7 pick-up and drop for Pune International Airport (Lohegaon) at flat rates, including odd-hour and early-morning flights. Share your flight number and we will track it β waiting charges are waived for the first 45 minutes after landing.
Is the driver allowance included in the fare?
Driver allowance is added separately at βΉ400 per day (17 seater βΉ450, 20 seater βΉ500). It covers the driver's food and stay so you do not pay anything extra on the road. It is included in the "from" prices shown for our day-trip routes.
Can I book a tempo traveller for a one-way drop?
Yes β one-way drops are available for routes like Pune to Mumbai, Nashik, Kolhapur and Goa. One-way pricing is typically 65β75% of the round-trip cost, subject to vehicle availability in the destination city.
How much advance booking is needed?
For weekends, festivals and the peak season (October to February and the May summer holidays), booking 7β15 days in advance is recommended. For weekday trips and airport transfers, 1β2 days is usually enough, and same-day bookings are often possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your trip for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pick-up time may attract a nominal charge, which is informed upfront at booking. Peak-season bookings may have different terms.
